Halloween party for the 3 èmes :

The Sost family loved  the Halloween party of 2019 so much that they offered to host another one for this year's 3eme class on November 5. Scary decorations, very original costumes, spooky drinks and snacks, and lots of dancing! They all had lots of fun! 

A huge thank you to Olivier and his familly for hosting, and the parents who helped out - Katie, Nathalie, Peter and Beata.

Halloween party for the 4 èmes :

Howling, bats screeching, chains rattling and many more scary sound effects welcomed the 4eme class at the Halloween party on October 26. Vampires, werewolves, devils, witches, gravely injured, and bloody faces gathered around the Vampire's pub to enjoy spooky drinks and scary foods and treats, before heading to the dancefloor for a Spooky-Scary-Skeleton dance. 

A huge thank you to older siblings Ben and Alex that organised the treasure hunt and Rose and Sadie that set-up a scary game closed in a room for more than an hour ! 

Thanks also to the Bisson family for the organization and to all parents that prepared the scary treats and food !

The Sanitary Protocol obliged us to cancel almost all events in 2020-2021 , so this year, we decided to organize a Halloween party for our class of 3ème ( who missed out last year ) as well as the traditional party for the class of 4 ème !

Halloween party for the 4 èmes :

Witches and ghouls, skeletons and clowns ,all sorts of creatures of the night and even human-kidnapping aliens were all present at the Halloween party for the class of 4 eme on saturday 6 nov. Almost all the class gathered at the fall of dusk at Thomas' spine-chilling house for an evening of fun, games music and spooktacular food ! We'd like to thank everyone who baked delicious and scary looking goodies for the table .

A huge thank you to the Mudarres family  (Thomas , Christine and Tarik ) for hosting the party - they did a great job providing the a chilling, spooky and eerie backdrop for the party !

Thanks also to Maria for help with the organization and to Christel,Durga,Heather for helping out on the evening of the party.
As you can see from the photos, everyone had a skele'tonne' of fun !

Halloween party for the 3èmes :

Maxi's haunted house was where the witches and ghouls gathered this year on Halloween night ( 31 oct 2021 ). The scene was set to make you tremble ( thank you for the fantastic decor Maxi and famille Valeix ) ; Everyone contributed goodies for the table that were a treat for the eye and the belly and haunted music accompanied the various games and activities. A wicked good time was had by all !
We  thank Maria for the organization , Hilda and Joanne for helping out and a huge thank you to Zolly and Sylvain for hosting everyone in their fantastic haunted house. Special thanks to Maxi Valeix for all his creative ideas, decoration, games and hard work for making the party a success !

First off, the party was awesome!

It was at Louis Sost’s house, a nice spooky place, at night time.

His family had prepared everything: creepy trees, a big buffet with all kinds of food (the sushi were good), a fire pit so we could roast marshmallows, and even a party/dance area!

And TONNES of glow sticks!

Some people hung-out in the trampoline, some just danced, some played, some ate and everyone had an awesomely great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Un grand MERCI à la famille SOST pour avoir accueilli la soirée Halloween 2019 et reçu les élèves de 4eme inter cette année.

It was a very fun and exciting evening. Nearly the entire class was able to attend.

There were plenty of savory dishes and sweets to be had including "trick or treat" bags handed out by one of the students. 

There was dancing to a custom playlist created by a student. Several games were enjoyed.

The party was at a large property making hide and seek in the forest particularly spooky and AWESOME. We even had some pumpkin carving.  (Okay, one small group carved a pumpkin!) 

The costumes were inspiring including some outstanding face paint.

Did you see the skeleton?  She did it herself.    

The night finished off with running through the sprinklers.  It was a night full of activity.

Everyone had a wonderful time.

It was very loud but fun here for the new edition of Halloween!

The party turned out great with plenty of kids.

They all had great costumes and brought wonderful creative sweet and savory dishes so there was plenty of food.

Thankfully, this year the weather was terrific so we could be indoors and outdoors.

They danced, sang karaoke, played games and hung-out and ate lots of sweets.

Pour la 3ème année consécutive, Apelevia est heureux de pouvoir inviter tous les enfants de la classe de 4ème internationale à venir célébrer ensemble Halloween. en ce 31 octobre.

Nous vous laissons apprécier les photos de ce sympathique évènement.

Pour la deuxième année, APELEVIA a organisé pour tous les élèves de 4ème de la Section Internationale une fête d’Halloween durant la période des vacances scolaires.

Cette année la famille PEYRIERE avait ouvert sa maison pour accueillir les sorcières et les vampires. Les élèves de 4e inter étaient quasiment tous au rendez-vous pour fêter Halloween. Joyeux et costumés avec style, ils ont parcouru les rues de Calas à la recherche de "treats", puis ont dansé et festoyé jusqu'à la nuit (permission de 22h).

APELEVIA a offert les boissons et les enfants ont apporté un plat sucré ou salé pour garnir le buffet sur le principe participatif du Potluck. Un grand merci à la famille Peyrière et Samuel, leur fils pour cette édition très réussie !

Happy Halloween !

 Cette année, pour la première fois, APELEVIA a organisé pour tous les élèves de 4ème de la Section Internationale la fête d’Halloween et ce grâce à notre membre active Claudine Magda qui a ouvert les portes de sa maison, joliment décorée, pour accueillir 18 enfants. Le calendrier a bien fait les choses puisque le 31 octobre tombait cette année un vendredi et nous avons donc pu respecter la tradition, malgré la période des vacances scolaires.

It was a Spööktacular night!

Off they went to « Trick-or-Treat », and, thanks to our wonderful neighborhood, they collected quite a few candies. Last, but not least, they danced like crazy!

 L'ambiance était très réussie et colorée grâce à tous leurs beaux déguisements. Merci à tous d’avoir joué le jeu d’Halloween.

Et un grand merci à Claudine et Chloé, sa fille, pour cette belle initiative.
